Casa Bonita at 911 Grinnell Street, Old Town Key West. This lovely house has been renovated from top to bottom with careful details and wonderful colors throughout. Just a few blocks from excellent con leche, bucci and treats, Casa Bonita brings you close to the heart of the Old Town without sacrificing privacy or comfort. The first thing you notice is the very gracious front porch with gingerbread detailing which provides a lovely place to relax after a hard day at the beach. The entry hall with an adorable writing desk leads past the first bedroom and bath to the large living/dining room. Along with a large flat screen TV and CD player with MP3 hook-up we’ve added wireless internet service and cordless phones with an answering machine. A comfortable sofa (sleeper) and easy chairs complete the relaxing setting. Through a pair of French doors your living room extends into the large deck that surrounds your private pool (newly refinished as well). Along with a gas BBQ grille, there is a large dining table and room to stretch out and sunbathe amidst the lush landscaping. You can even shower outside with hot and cold water on tap.

A large well-equipped modern kitchen with gas stove, refrigerator with ice maker and granite counters will make your stay in Key West even better. The first floor bedroom has a queen sized bed with en-suite bathroom with a tub and shower – tiled in marble and travertine. The bed has a down duvet and a ceiling fan for those warm nights. You will love the pink flamingo wall art we found for this room! The second floor master bedroom is outfitted with a king sized bed and comfortable reading chair along with a TV and en-suite bathroom (marble tiled shower). The Third bedroom on the second floor is accessible through the master bedroom and comes with a double futon sofa/bed - easily the sweetest room in the house. Did we mention that the master bedroom has a walk-in closet? Ceiling fans in every room? Central A/C? Washer & Dryer? And DVD players to watch movies?
In addition to all the lovely spaces and comforts, Casa Bonita has great character, has really nice finishes and is a very relaxing home for your special stay in Key West. This house has all the amenities you’d expect in your own home, and we hope you will come and enjoy all that Key West has to offer in this special spot on the island!
