Let America's tropics sweep you away while you stay at Azure Vista, a lovely Key West condominium located at the prestigious address of 1800 Atlantic Boulevard on the Atlantic Ocean. This, 1350-square foot ocean-view condominium borders the Key West Nature Preserve, the tranquil side of the condominium property and is just steps to Smathers Beach rated one of the nation’s most beautiful beaches.

Enjoy a 38-foot private terrace overlooking the Nature Preserve and a partial Atlantic Ocean view. This terrace is accessible from each bedroom and the living room area. The condo is fully furnished and used as the owners "home away from home"! It features a fully-equipped kitchen, living room with wet bar, TV with DVD player and dining area with seating for up to six people. Hi Speed Internet allows you to keep in contact with the world you left behind. There are two private bedrooms, the master with a king size bed, TV and desk and the guest room has two twin beds and TV. In the master bath there is an oversized Jacuzzi tub with shower and a large vanity area. In the guest bathroom there is a Tub/Shower combo. All linens are included and there is a Washer/Dryer for your convenience.
The property’s beautiful tropical garden, sparkling Olympic-size heated pool and 20 person Jacuzzi are but a few steps to the ocean. Tennis anyone? Yes, right on the property and plenty of parking too! A premium in Key West! Located on the quiet side of the island it is adjacent to Smathers Beach, where many water activities (windsurfing, sailing, kayaking & parasailing) are available. And just a short bicycle or scooter ride away from the charm of historic Old Town, the renowned nightlife of Duval Street, fine dining, shopping, deep-sea fishing, and diving in America’s only living barrier reef. Explore the Historic Seaport or just enjoy the sunset at the infamous Mallory Square with its unique performers and local artists.
All the amenities of a luxury property are included: fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, blender, coffee maker, microwave, toaster and dishwasher. Indoor washer/dryer, A/C, ceiling fans, in-room safe, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, all linens and beach towels provided. Cable TV w/DVD player, telephone, wireless internet & clock radios. Two full baths. Housekeeping provided upon request at $25 per hour.
